  • flowersMoisturizer, moisturizer, and moisturizer. Invest in a light moisturizer that you apply daily. You want to keep your nails from going dry, however avoid overly heavy creams as these might make your nails too soft and cause your nails to peel
  • Avoid harsh chemicals and acidic foods such as lemons and oranges. When working with chemicals wear gloves to protect your nails
  • Eat food rich in Zinc. Hard boiled eggs and milk are great to add more Zinc to your diet.
  • loveFile your nails in one smooth stroke in one direction only. Also don’t file right after a bath or shower when your nails are weak from too much water
  • Avoid putting on gel or fake nails, as this will damage the natural nail
  • Let your nails “breath”, but avoiding always having nail polish on them
  • When pushing your cuticles back, don’t push them to deep, or even better, opt for a cuticle softener.

Thanks for some other informative web site. Where else may I get that type of information written in such an ideal way? I have a challenge that I’m just now running on, and I’ve been at the look out for such info.
